to the Kelvern Celtic Society website – a place where members and interested viewers alike can learn about Okanagan-based Celtic arts and events.

The Kelvern Celtic Society has supported Celtic awareness, education, and ideals throughout the Okanagan and parts of BC’s Interior since 1982. Current member organizations under the Kelvern umbrella include pipe bands, Irish dancers, Scottish Highland dancers, Scottish country dancers and an Irish folk music band.

 You’ll want to come back often to check out our calendar of events.  Many of these performances and events are free of charge - all will thrill and delight you.

We hope you enjoy the historical snippets about our member groups, when and why they were formed and how they have worked to foster the Celtic arts. You will also discover how, with the current enthusiasm for Celtic music, for example, our various members are facing the challenges of sudden growth.
